Say hello to Bobby Gillespie, recovering agency owner, now a marketing consultant, PXE CMO, author, and prolific content creator, who drives our brand vision and marketing machine. Born and raised in Philly, but now calls Baltimore home, with his wife, two kids, and a couple of dogs, can be found tending to his gardens, swinging kettlebells, or hiking the trails in and around the city.

When standing behind his desk, Bobby conducts in-depth conversations and builds plans to engage ideal customers and partners, establish strategic positioning, compose authentic storytelling, design holistic campaigns, and build the PXE brand to its loftiest aspirations. Meet Stephen Sala—PXE Solutions’ Chief Revenue Dynamo—where turning opportunity into upside is his favorite hobby! A Philly native and Saint Joseph’s University alum (where he rocked a baseball scholarship and snagged ’97 Pitcher of the Year), Stephen has spent the last two decades charging up sales pipelines and wrangling revenue streams. Steve is the architect behind sales frameworks that win new clients, track KPIs like a hawk, and smash short-term targets and long-haul growth plans—complete with partnership power plays and crystal-clear performance models.

Before that, Stephen led the charge as Executive VP at BC Technologies, where he crushed quotas (170% in his rookie year!), built mobile payment solutions across the Northeast and Southeast, and even landed a $250K-per-year IT services contract that still makes his phone buzz. Before BC Tech, he steered Lantium IT Services as CEO, growing the team to 25, rebranding the company, and boosting recurring revenue by a cool million dollars. From pitching remodels in Norristown to selling telecom services at Nextlink, Stephen’s entrepreneurial spirit—and knack for coaching sales reps—has always delivered big wins.

Meet Chris Soule—PXE Solutions’ very own film fanatic and outdoors aficionado, reeling in success both on the job and off! Hailing from Victoria, TX, Chris has spent the past 17 years perfecting everything from eye-catching wrap installations to precision tinting and graphic design. When he’s not knee-deep in film specs or troubleshooting a tricky installation, you’ll find him casting lines on his favorite fishing hole, soaking up the Texas sun with his wife and their two fishing buddies-in-training, Lilly and Harrison.
